Common questions
Here are answers to the things people ask most often before starting a project with us.
Most projects run between 6 and 14 weeks from kickoff to live deployment. The discovery phase usually takes one week, prototyping two to three weeks, and the remainder goes to testing, integration and training your team. Simpler automations, like connecting an AI classifier to your email inbox, can be live within 10 working days.
Not necessarily. We can work with anonymised or synthetic datasets during development and only use real data in a controlled environment on your infrastructure. For clients who prefer full isolation, we deploy models on-premise so nothing ever leaves your network. We sign a data processing agreement before any data changes hands.
It is a 30-minute video call. You walk us through one or two processes you think could benefit from automation. We ask questions, sketch a rough approach on screen and give you an honest assessment of whether AI is the right tool or whether a simpler solution would serve you better. No slides, no sales pitch.
Pricing depends on scope. A single-workflow automation starts around £4,500. Larger projects with custom model training and multi-system integration typically fall between £12,000 and £35,000. We quote a fixed price after discovery, so there are no surprises. Ongoing support plans start at £350 per month.
Yes. We have built integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, Xero, QuickBooks, Slack, and a range of custom ERPs. If your platform has an API, we can connect to it. If it does not, we often use browser-based automation or scheduled file transfers as a workaround.
What happens after you get in touch
Once your message arrives, one of our project leads reads it personally. We do not route enquiries through a call centre or chatbot. You will receive a reply within one working day, usually sooner.
If your enquiry is a good fit, we will suggest a short video call to dig into the details. During that call we will ask about your current tools, team size, the volume of data you handle and what a successful outcome looks like for you. We take notes and share them with you afterwards so we are both working from the same page.
After the call, we prepare a brief proposal: scope, timeline, fixed price and the specific metrics we will use to measure success. There is no obligation at that point. If you decide to go ahead, we start with a one-week discovery sprint. If you decide not to, we are happy to have helped you think through the problem.
We have found that being direct about pricing and timelines early on saves everyone time. If your project is outside our area of expertise, we will tell you and, where possible, recommend someone who can help.
